AHI Group is a spec home builder based in Southwest Michigan. We build quality 3-bedroom, 2-bath, approximately 1,000 square foot homes priced under $250,000. We are growing and actively hiring skilled tradespeople across all major finish and structural disciplines.

What you'll do

We are hiring for the following areas (full-time):

Framing Carpenters – Layout, wall and floor framing, roof systems, structural installation

Trim Carpenters – Interior finish work, doors, base, casing, cabinets, and detail work

Siding Installers – Exterior cladding, trim, weather barriers, and related exterior finish

Millwork / Finish Carpenters – Custom millwork, stairs, built-ins, and high-detail finish carpentry


Roofing - Roof systems installation, underlayment, shingles, flashing, and related roofing work

  • Perform high-quality work according to plans, specs, and company standards

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

  • Collaborate with crew leaders and other trades to meet production schedules

  • Follow all MIOSHA safety requirements and company safety protocols

  • Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding materials, progress, and issues

What you need

  • Proven experience in framing, trim, siding, or millwork preferred

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

  • Willingness to follow engineered plans and quality checklists

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
