Work
Real builds, not busywork.
Every role plugs into a real homebuild — from the framing crew to the office. No make-work, no invisible layers. If you ship, it shows up in a house someone lives in.

Careers at AHI
AHI Group is a fast-growing homebuilder in Southwest Michigan. We're putting tighter systems and clearer execution behind every home we build — and we're looking for people who want to be part of that, in the field and behind the scenes.
Why work at AHI
The short version: real builds, real tools, and straight answers on pay.
Work
Every role plugs into a real homebuild — from the framing crew to the office. No make-work, no invisible layers. If you ship, it shows up in a house someone lives in.
Tools
We run on tighter operating systems than most builders our size: clear construction process, scheduling, purchasing, and hiring. You spend your day on craft, not chasing paperwork.
Pay
Every posting lists a compensation range. No games, no three rounds before we talk money. We hire people we can trust with numbers, and we act like it.
